I survived Day 1 of Boot Camp. Barely.

Just an everyday, casual sort of place. Think of your favorite pair of jeans and an old t-shirt from college. Throw in a nice warm mug of hot chocolate or tea and unwind. Just like chats with a familiar friend, the conversation tends to ramble a bit, and that's fine by me.

Tell me more about this boot camp! I have just started back to exercise and my lungs are hurting! Is this through your church??
Hey Deanna! I have a confession to make...due to the Olympic pace of the boot camp, my husband and I have decided to start our own routine of running to our church and back home (2 mi.). We enjoyed the actual exercises in the boot camp, but it was not conducive to beginners! Very frustrating to say the least. My lungs are hurting too. But it feels good to be toning up again! :-D And yes, it was through our church. Good luck with exercising...it is so hard to get back into it!
I love your description of 'olympic pace.' I know what you mean. Good for you and the husband for doing the workouts together. I am trying to do mine first thing in the morning but that doesn't always work. Keep me posted and let me know if you have any suggestions. I have been reading www.katheats.com for some nutrition/exercise advice. It's pretty good. Have a great day!
