Amy, in regards to baby steps, I came across a great quote out of a food journal (if you can believe it):<BR/>"Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain." <BR/><BR/>I loved that quote! :) Now if I can just continue to put it into practice...Megan at My Heart, My Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17814073504070400575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7783775461378070930.post-32112343144853038622008-05-06T13:09:00.000-04:002008-05-06T13:09:00.000-04:00What an exciting path of changes you are embarking...What an exciting path of changes you are embarking on, Megan! I keep thinking it would be better to get control of this now then to struggle forever with it. Thank you for the scripture - I will copy and paste them where I can read them often. I also think it's good for me as a mother of daughters to set a good example without being extreme!<BR/>Thanks again - hope you are enjoying Spring!Deannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11276475049126664906noreply@blogger.com
